Program provides overall English and French Second Language curriculum support to schools with attention paid to technology integration. There is a particular focus on literacy and mathematics implementation as an integral component of Planning for Improvement. It is within Program that overall system leadership for HRSB School Improvement Planning rests, though implementation takes places at the Board, school and classroom level. Most notably, student literacy and mathematics assessments at selected grade levels will be co-ordinated and implemented through the Program branch of the Program Department.
