Sign up for a myHRSB Account

If this is your first time using Careers at HRSB you will need to register for a myHRSB account. An email address is required to register for myHRSB. If you don'’t have an email address you can access email services through sites such as Hotmail and Gmail

  • Go to www.myhrsb.ca
     
  • Select “Register for a Login”
     
  • Select a Username and complete the information required on the screen. If you are already an employee pay careful attention when entering your employee ID on this screen.
     
  • Click “Register”
     
  • Your password will then be emailed to you.*
     
  • You must login within 24 hours to activate your account! Otherwise, your account will be removed. If you do not receive the email, please check your junk mail folder to ensure that it did not get directed there by mistake.
     
  • Please change your password the first time you log in.
     
  • Record your username and password somewhere safe where you will be able to access them when needed.

*Given the large volume of email sent from the @hrsb.ca domain, email services sometimes mistake legitimate emails for spam. Please ensure you check your junk mail folders if you don't quickly receive password.

Accessing Careers at HRSB

  • Go to www.myhrsb.ca
     
  • Login with your Username and Password
     
  • Select "Careers at HRSB" from the drop down menu in the upper right hand corner
